Sissy

Sissy is about 1 1/2 years old and weighs about 9lbs. We believe that she is a Papillon mix. She is very sweet and loves people. She is a submissive little girl and does very well with other dogs too! Sissy likes to "talk", and does some really cute vocalizing. Sissy was found abandoned in a shopping cart, across from a local church, and she does have some separation anxiety.She will need help learning to trust that that isn't going to happen again. She will do best in a home where she isn't left alone for long periods of time, and would love another playful doggie to keep her company. She LOVES to play with the other dogs in her foster home!! We feel certain the anxiety will lessen as she comes to feel secure...she just needs a patient person to help her. She is so worth the effort!!

Vivian (Vivi)

Meet our lovely little senior Chihuahua, Vivi. She is about 8 years young and weighs around 5lbs. This little gal is such a love! She came to Little Bow Wow when her family was no longer able to care for her. She was very scared at first, but has since settled into her foster home, and is doing great!!! Vivi has heart murmur, but at this point, she doesn't require any medication or special care. We did a full blood panel (which was just fine) and cleaned her teeth. Now Vivi is feeling good, and ready to go to her forever home. She is loving, affectionate and playful once she's comfortable, and that doesn't take her long, now that she's feeling good! Vivi would be a great fit for a senior. She is sweet, and affectionate and would just love to spend the day on someone's lap. Vivi is okay with other dogs, but much prefers people. Vivi is potty trained to puppy pads.

Brooke

Meet Brooke. She is a 2 year old Chihuahua/Mexican Hairless Dog mix. Brooke has a unique look about her and the unique personality to go with it! She is very shy with new people, but once she knows you, she loves you forever. Unfortunately, she is fearful of most men. Brooke is such a funny little thing! She loves to go to the dog park and runs like the wind. She is good with other dogs, but we're not sure about cats. We think that Brooke will do best in a home with another dog, but without children

Jorge

This handsome young man is Jorge. We think he is about 4 years old, but we haven't quite been able to figure out what exactly Jorge's breed mix is. We think he's got Italian Greyhound, (his legs are very long!) maybe Chihuahua and ?????. He is an adorable little boy!! Sweet, and very affectionate. Loves to play, and really bouncy when he's excited. This little guy is just great! He gets along fine with other dogs, but just adores people. He would be content to sit on his foster mom's lap all day if he could! Jorge appears to be housebroken and weighs about 10lbs. A beautiful little guy, whatever his breed may be. ****************************************

Scotty

Scotty is a Shih Tzu mix...we're thinking with maybe terrier, or wire haired Daschund. He is very sweet. Scotty is great with other dogs once he gets to know them and loves to play. He can be a little barky until he gets acquainted with a new dog, but he's really pretty submissive and very friendly. Scotty absolutely loves people. He is a sweet, stocky little guy with a really fun personality. He loves toys and has a special fondness for plastic bottles... silly boy. We think that Scotty would make a wonderful addition to some lucky family. Scotty is just under a year old and weighs around 9 lbs and is doing well, working on his house training in his foster home ********************************************

Toby

This is Toby our terrific terrier boy!!! Toby is all boy, and all terrier! He loves people and other dogs. Toby really likes to play and plays pretty rough, but his friends really enjoy it. Toby can be protective of the people that he loves and so will do best in a home without young children. He is sweet, affectionate, precocious and determined. He would be a great walking buddy or maybe even a companion for someone who hikes or jogs, as Toby has plenty of energy!! He is about 4 years old and weighs about 13lbs

Barney

Barney has a very sweet nature and gets along well with everyone. He loves to cuddle and be where ever his people and the other dogs are. He is crate trained (loves to curl up in a blanket in the crate or on the floor.) He loves to go for walks and ride in the car, All in all this boy is adorable and loved by all who meet him...all he needs is love and good food. Barney is approximately 10 years old.
