Little Bow Wow Rescue is a 501c3 non profit organization that has been saving lives since 2002.
In 2012, in honor of Little Bow Wow's 10th Anniversary, our mission's focus is moving toward our sanctuary program - Hazel House.
We will continue to rescue and re-home adoptable dogs, but on a much smaller scale. It seems that in today's world thanks to the internet and public awareness there are many new dog rescue groups starting up all over the country dedicated to rescuing and re-homing adoptable dogs.
We feel that the greater need in rescue work today is for sanctuary based programs who take in and provide long term care for all of the special needs and senior dogs that end up in shelters and impound facilities slated for euthanazia because they are not considered adoptable.
